frequency = value_of_active_section × base_frequency × octave_adjustment
where
value_of_active_section: is A, B or B−A (G)
base_frequency: is assigned from a pull down list of frequencies,
from C0 thru D8,
common to equal temperment.
octave_adjustment: is 2n, where n can be set seperately for
each of the 3 possible sections in A||B
